a. You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform. By uploading content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.
b. You agree not to post or share any content that is defamatory, infringing, illegal, or violates the rights of any third party.
c. The Company reserves the right to remove or turn off any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
a. The Platform and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, are the property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.
a. The Company respects your privacy and handles your personal information following its Privacy Policy. Using the Platform, you consent to the Company's collection, use, and disclosure of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
a. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
a. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, or suitability for your purposes.
b. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
a. To the fullest extent permitted by Law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed per the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
